The goal of this technical webinar presentation is to walk through a grout design process from start to finish for deep rock grouting applications.

Our guest speaker for this course is Curt Fitzgerald, P.E. - who currently serves as Lead Engineer at DGT Solutions - has over 20 years of experience in the geotechnical construction industry with both construction and consulting firms.

During the first week of May 2017, both Avanti and our strategic partner Hess Pumice participated in the Underground Grouting and Ground Improvement Course at the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado. During the field day demonstrations, we had the opportunity to inject US Grout’s Ultrafine VX into two grout columns and Nittetsu’s Superfine injected into one of the columns. 

Last week (3/22/17), Avanti hosted the semi-annual Industrial and Geotechnical Injection Grout School at our office in Houston, TX. This two-day event has hands on demonstrations and classroom sessions, and brought in attendees from across the nation – owners, project managers, engineers, and inspectors. It was a great two days in Houston – weather cooperated, attendees were engaged and interactive, and guest speakers contributed their knowledge to everyo
