Guest Expert - 2020 Spring Industrial and Geotechnical Injection Grout School

Our guest speaker for the Industrial and Geotechnical Grout School is Curt Fitzgerald, P.E. - who currently serves as Lead Engineer at DGT Solutions - has over 20 years of experience in the geotechnical construction industry with both construction and consulting firms. Mr. Fitzgerald has been involved with geotechnical construction projects throughout the eastern half of the United States. Projects have included the installation and load testing of micropiles, earth/rock anchors, soil nails and shotcrete, stone columns, jet grouting, compaction grouting, and permeation grouting for new construction and rehabilitation projects.

The Industrial and Geotechnical Injection Grout School focuses on the knowledge needed to make decisions in the field, using technologies and techniques for achieving maximum results, and a common sense approach to problem solving with injection of acrylic, polyurethane and cementitious grouts. This two-day session includes both classroom instruction and workshop demonstration, and will present technical information on fundamentals of grout chemistry, soils analysis, curtain grouting, slab lifting and proven techniques for crack injection. This course will be held March 11-12, 2020 near Houston, TX.
