Annular Space Grouting

In lining applications, annular space grouting involves filling the gap between a host pipe and a liner. Explore the videos below!

Animation: Grouting and Lining Work Well Together

This video shows how grouting and lining work together to prevent Inflow & Infiltration (I&I).

Demo: Annular Space Grouting (2010)

While liners, when properly designed and constructed, will stabilize the structural integrity of the host pipe, even close-fit liners will not eliminate the problem of infiltration. The use of injection grout will seal both the annular space between the host pipe and liner and any leaks at the lateral connection.

Chemical grout travels freely between the liner and host pipe to cure in place and eliminate infiltration.
